PLUG IN!

If every musician wrote One song and put on One concert to save our environment the world will listen...and change.

After you register, here's how you can plug in:

(1) Write a song. Save the world. We are asking every musician in the world to write One song dedicated saving our environment. Let the Earth be your MUSE. Upload it to our MUSE player and spread it everywhere. You retain all the rights.

(2) If you can, donate a portion of the proceeds of the royalties of your song to the environmental or emergency aid non-profit organization of your choice, or our Cool Aid Fund. Help fund Earth's renewal.

(3) Put on ONE concert for the planet. Join in our month long MUSE Cool Earth Festival, a month long global network of do it yourself concerts kicking off next Earth Day. This site will a hub for the event and provide posters and other support. If you can, make a fund raiser for your favorite environmental or aid non-profit organization or our Cool Aid Fund. Your choice. Upload videos and photos of you show to the site.

4) Encourage every musician you know to join the MUSE Campaign. Tell your fans you are participating. Help us spread the word. Put a link to us on your site and myspace page. Email every musician you know and encourage them to join this campaign.

WRITE A LOVE SONG TO THE EARTH

Write the Environmental Anthem
of the Decade,
a political protest song,
songs of fire and ice,
of passion, poetry and plain talk.

Write the musical score to a race against time and apathy.
Sing an elegy to the great sixth extinction of species,
for the families already plunged into famine.

Write about the end of a 10,000-year-old era,
of this astounding beginning,
of a true, wise way to see/use/cycle nature,
of questions without answers.
Of a growing reverence for life in all its forms.
